As a TPI golf level 2 certified coach their philosophy is one that I firmly believe in.

Golf fitness is a very broad term that incorporates a lot of different elements, it is a term that I feel can often be misleading. It can be inherently simple, such as 5 minutes every evening doing a few stretches in front of the TV. No gym and no big change in body shape.

As a modern day golf coach taking into account the physical capabilities of each player is paramount to achieving the best possible results. The physical assessment of my clients will vary from player to player dependent upon their goals. I have a connection with Alex Bliss who can perform physical assessments and provide training programmes
